Updated 5/6/2022 We are writing to notify you of an update to the COVID event guidelines. The University has recently announced an update to the masking policy. Effective immediately, masks are required at all indoor events for over 50 people. Campus guests older than 5 years old who will be inside campus-operated buildings in the U.S. are expected to comply with university COVID vaccination requirements already in place for our affiliates, https://covidinfo.jhu.edu/health-safety/covid-vaccination-information/. It is your responsibility as an event host to ensure that guests and other attendees understand the vaccination expectations of the university.

Please Note: All event requests should be submitted no less than 4 business days before the event date.  If you require additional services (audio-visual, table/chair rental, additional trash/recycling receptacles, etc..), you must submit your request no less than 10 business days before the eve
